din default nu este posibil sa schimbi limba meniului,sau oricarui alt element,doar cei care au Ultimate si Enterprise o pot schimba instaland Multilingual User Interface Packs (MUIs).
Toate celelalte versiuni sunt cu LIP (Language Interface Packs) adica traduce doar partial .
Oficial nu se poate instale MUI pe o alta versiune in afara de Ultimate sau Enterprise...dar se poate cu un Vistalizator care il gasesiti aici

si o alta varianta ar fi sa-ti faceti  update de aici cu versiunea in engleza tot asa merge doar cu Windows Vista Enterprise si Ultimate.
